Not doing something we are afraid of sets a limit on who we are. An alternate option is to dilute the fear by doing.
 
But what most of us do instead is build up our comfort zone. This comfort zone then becomes the story of who we are. I’m not good with people. I’m not creative. I suck at sales.
 
No one asks us to create these boundaries, yet we do.
 
Stepping outside the wall doesn’t make you any less afraid. But it widens the real estate where you get to live.
